Well, i just got back from my specific poly and still had issues with the drug question. I am 100% telling the truth, i have never in my life taken a drug, i have not had much exposure to them and that was a personal choice. I want them to believe me and I dont know what to do now. The man who took my polygraph said that he does not doubt that i have never done drugs but that he does not know why i am having a reaction. My background is clean, i have never done anything illegal, i am 20 and have not even been intoxicated. I know it is their job to find the truth and that honesty is of most importance and i just hope that my honesty will come through. Anybody have an y suggestions as to what happens now? I do not know what to do i just hope that the truth comes out. I am willing to take any medical test blood test or anything to prove my honesty.

you might have to take another poly? when you go in there just relax and dont think to much about the question. clear your head and think happy thoughts. have you been assigned a BI yet?

Thanks, yeah I do have a B.I. we havent spoken much about my results yet. I have my psych scheduled for Feb. 13th and my medical for Feb 20th, still have no idea whats going to happen with my poly. Anybody know if thats an automatic DQ or if your background is clean and there are absolutely no other signs of drug use can ur BI disregard it? Any idea on what the next step would be?

No, it's not an automatic DQ. If you actually do your psych and medical then that means they've probably decided to discount the poly results and move you forward in the process. Psych and med are the most expensive parts of the process, and they don't like to spend that money until a person has cleared all other parts of their background. The psychologist may follow up on any issues from the poly, so just be consistent and tell the same truth that you told to the poly examiner if it comes up.

Just a basic checkup, hearing and vision tests, and maybe running on a treadmill...

Running on a treadmill? Do they want to see if you pass out or something?
